Construction Company Napred JSC is one of the companies with the richest tradition in civil engineering in Serbia and its broader surroundings. It is also one of the few companies that emerged from the economic transition as stronger and more stable. The business activities of the CC Napred are based on the 70-year-long experience in the construction of the buildings located on three continents, in ten countries and dozens of different urban settlements. For its completed facilities in Lebanon, Iraq, Libya, Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Russian Federation and the former Yugoslav republics, our company won numerous investors’ awards for quality, high standard of construction and preserved architectural heritage.
The Olympic Village and various residential buildings on the outskirts and in the center of Munich, the Duke of Harrar Memorial Hospital in Addis Ababa, Petrochemical Complex Záluží in Czech Republic, Salahuddin Refinery in Iraq, factories, banks, office buildings and numerous reconstruction works on protected edifices and the Kremlin make up only a fraction of Napred’s successful international construction undertakings. 
We were in charge of the construction of factory halls and other industrial facilities, office buildings, hospitals, schools and over 15.000 apartments in New Belgrade blocks. Cerak settlement, our company’s biggest Belgrade undertaking in residential construction, is the representative model of urban housing.
Our rich heritage has been flanked by new construction undertakings: the Belgrade Arena, “Napred-Grawe” Business Centre spreading over 48.000 m2 and N House Business center, both located in Bulevar Mihajla Pupina Street, are elite office spaces whose construction began as our own investment and which were built meeting the highest standards of construction. Further undertakings include IDEA hypermarket, Distribution Centre “Kron”, Sunflower Floor Storage in Zrenjanin, to name but a few. The successful ownership transformation has brought about new organisation and a new idea of management. Dobroslav Bojović, a graduate economist, the majority shareholder and CEO, has paved the way for CC Napred to become a modernly organised market-oriented business system which operates while meeting the highest standards of contemporary civil engineering, and which is able to invest in and lead its own projects on the real estate market with its efficient construction. |
