Business Centre Napred is the best example of our new system. It is located in Block 26, across the street from the company’s office building.
By all means a modern architectural and engineering undertake, it resembles products of high technology. It was designed by Napred’s architects Božidar Lijeskić, Nataša Milojević and Gorica Vujačić. CC Napred was the contractor, and the rest of the work was done by the carefully chosen trade/building and installation companies. The business side of this project is based on the company’s own investment. Even during the construction it wasn’t difficult to find buyers for this elite office space in the most attractive New Belgrade city zone, and a large portion of the building is intended for renting. |
