Objekat je lociran u unutrašnjosti bloka 63, na Novom Beogradu, na katastarskim parceli 3347/42 KO Novi Beograd. 2.0 Funkcionalno rešenje Objekat je spratnosti garaza + prizemlje + 4 sprata +povuceni sprat. Objekat čine četiri ulaza kao zasebne funkcionalne celine. Na svakom ulazu su centralno smešteni stepenište i lift. Stepenište se osvetljava i provetrava prirodnim putem.
